We focus on loving care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In our residential homes, people can find belonging and come together to create meaningful moments.

Our services include 24/7 direct care, day programming, medical and non-medical transportation in an environment where people are cared for, encouraged, engaged and form family bonds with housemates.

With more than 40 homes across Dayton and Cincinnati, we provide services in Montgomery, Greene, Butler and Hamilton counties in Ohio.

The adults we serve have faced unique challenges and continue to inspire us with their joy and determination. Our caregiving teams encourage that zest for life—whether by preparing meals together, sharing day trip explorations, or offering support around the house. Graceworks Enhanced Living not only provides a place to live, but a supportive community that is truly more than home.

Staying in the Family – Graceworks Enhanced Living

A core part of our mission is supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities with dignity and wholeness. Our culture of faithful caring led Graceworks Enhanced Living staff to go above and beyond when a recent move increased the distance between Trent and his family. Trent had never lived alone before he joined the family in one of our Dayton homes nearly 10 years ago.
