Graceworks Housing Services are committed to helping people maintain a safe and self-sufficient lifestyle where neighbors care for neighbors. Our nurturing communities provide well-maintained, affordable apartment housing and programming for low-income elderly and disabled individuals in a comforting family atmosphere.
Helping people live independently and with greater stability, we serve people of all faiths through HUD-approved apartment communities located in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. If you have a limited income and are over age 62 and/or disabled, we encourage you to apply. All of our communities are close to transportation, services and shopping.
