Deb Lyle of Graceworks graduates from Leadership Dayton

Lyle, Deb Leadership Dayton 06-12-13Deb Lyle, Administrator, Graceworks Enhanced Living, graduated from Leadership Dayton, on June 12, 2013. Deb participated in the program for the past 10 months along with leaders from a wide variety of other organizations throughout the greater Dayton area.

“As part of the Leadership Dayton process, I am now serving on the board for the March of Dimes, as a Leadership Dayton representative,” said Deb.

Leadership Dayton, a program of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, is a premier leadership development program designed to identify, educate and motivate a network of community leaders and increase the individual’s capacity to serve the Dayton region. Selected participants learn through seminars, small work groups, panel discussions, direct interaction with community leaders, and a variety of experiential activities. Program participants live, work and serve in Darke, Butler, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Warren Counties.

Deb Lyle became Administrator of Graceworks Enhanced Living in September 2005 after working on staff since 1998. As of 2012 Graceworks Enhanced Living employed more than 240 staff, providing services for 153 adults with developmental disabilities in 29 residences in Butler, Greene, Hamilton and Montgomery Counties and for 35 adults with developmental disabilities through a Day Habilitation Program in Hamilton County.

Deb becomes the sixth Graceworks Lutheran Services leader to graduate from Leadership Dayton.
