Bethany Village leaders enjoy success
Bethany Village Medical Director Dr. Meenakshi Patel was recently elected to the national board of AMDA – Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. She will serve as Representative, State President’s Council.
AMDA – Dedicated to Long Term Care Medicine (AMDA), the professional association of medical directors, attending physicians, and others practicing in the long term care continuum, is dedicated to excellence in patient care and provides education, advocacy, information, and professional development to promote the delivery of quality long term care medicine.
Dr. Patel was elected to the AMDA board at the organization’s recent annual meeting, held in Nashville, TN.
“I am very proud to have been selected as the 2014 Outstanding Alumnus from the College of Nursing and Health,” says Mr. Brinkman of the award. “It is an honor to be included in such an outstanding group of people who have impacted our community. It is even a greater honor for me to have been selected from such a talented group of nurses that have graduated from the College of Nursing and Health.”
