Skilled nursing, licensed physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in your home. Bethany Village Home Health Care helps adults in the greater Dayton area recover from surgery, manage chronic illnesses, and maintain their independence.
Enhanced Living
Meaningful experiences & welcoming spaces for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Graceworks Enhanced Living manages Day Programs and group homes across Dayton and Cincinnati.
Housing Services
Financially-accessible apartment communities located in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Graceworks Housing Services supports older adults and people with disabilities who need stable, affordable HUD housing.
Ohio Living Bethany Hospice
Our partnership through a fellow faith-based not-for-profit provider brings hospice services to people living at Bethany Village and in communities throughout Montgomery & Greene counties.
