LeadingAge Ohio was founded in 1937 to assist not-for-profit providers of senior services in caring for their residents and clients. Long recognized for legislative advocacy efforts and educational programming, the association developed the LeadingAge Ohio Resident Forum in 1995 to provide educational, advocacy, and life-style enrichment opportunities to residents and clients of our member providers.
The Annual LeadingAge Ohio Resident Forum Art and Writing Shows has been a popular event throughout these years. In 2012, more than 900 residents and clients submitted entries in seven regional shows across the state. Many participants had only recently begun exploring their creative tendencies.
