Affordable housing for elderly and disabled individualsFinding a comfortable, safe place to live doesn't have to mean financial hardship. If you have a limited income and are over age 62 and/or disabled, Graceworks Housing Services can assist with your housing needs.
For nearly two decades, Graceworks Housing Services, through a partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), has provided affordable housing for elderly and disabled people with limited financial resources. Over 700 people live in our 19 apartment communities in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. They enjoy well-maintained, spacious and attractive studio and one-bedroom apartments, complete with appliances. Graceworks Housing Services apartments also feature affordable utilities, clean, secure buildings and easy access for people with mobility impairments.

Additionally, most facilities have a service coordinator who assists in linking people with community resources to meet their needs.
Who lives in Graceworks Housing Services?
Two-thirds of the people who live in Graceworks Housing Services communities have incomes of less than $6,000.
To qualify for residency, individuals must be 62 years old or disabled and meet Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines for income level, age or disability. Each resident is required to commit only 30 percent of his or her adjusted annual income to the cost of housing and utilities.
