Faithful Caring

The Graceworks Lutheran Services staff of more than 900 employees and nearly 1,000 volunteers express their commitment to living out the organization's values with two simple words – Faithful Caring.

Faithful Caring is our commitment to intentionally show compassion to others; demonstrate competence in our work; lead balanced lives so that we can help others achieve stability; and practice the Graceworks Values.
